Jim Smith approached Junkyard Boys to assist Zebiak house raising ltd to lift this residence to make room for a full height basement. In order to lift the house, the interior and exterior had to be completely gutted. After demolition, Junkyard Boys excavated for cribbing holes and once the house was lifted, continued to remove excess material in the future basements footprint. Services provided on this project entailed, demolition, excavation, waste disposal and recycling as well as draintile systems and services.
